1. Delivery Charges

Stridhan provides Free Delivery on all domestic orders for the purchase above Rs 1000/- if placed on our website.
There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 150/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.

2. Estimated delivery time

At Stridhan, we are committed to complete transparency and strive to fulfill our promises to you. We recognize the significance of prompt delivery for your items, and we exert every effort to process your order swiftly. The delivery will be made on a 'best effort' basis following the acceptance of your order. Depending on unforeseen events beyond our control, the product(s) will be dispatched within 1-2 days of order acceptance. Once dispatched, you can expect the delivery at your doorstep within 5-7 business days.

Stridhan generally uses trusted courier companies like BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery etc. but we may use other services depending on factors like destination, location, and coverage etc. In smaller cities where these carriers do not provide service, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days because of additional shipping time by other courier services.

3. Shipment Tracking

We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately write us at contact@stridhan.com.
